Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Circumventing Game Mechanics: Attempting to exploit or manipulate game mechanics in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Altering Game Code: Modifying, hacking, or using third-party software to alter the game code for personal gain or to disrupt the game.
• Harming the Community: Any intentional actions that negatively impact other players or the community as a whole. Examples, but not limited to: Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language, obscene or sexually explicit banter, threats, harassment, or intimidation, excessive swearing or toxic language, bullying or targeting other players
• Any other actions that are against our Terms & Conditions.

Consequences

Engaging in any of the prohibited actions listed above will lead to serious consequences, including but not limited to:

• Permanent Suspension:  Suspensions can be caused due to posting offensive or infringing content, harassing, abusing, or harming another player, conducting commercial activity, using automation software or design cheats, and additional matters covered by our Terms & Conditions. If you believe your suspension was made in error, please reach out to us with your Account ID and a brief explanation so we can review your case.
• Account Termination: In severe cases, your account may be terminated, and all progress and purchases will be forfeited.
• Community Ban: You may be banned from participating in community features such as forums, chats, and events. These are not yet organized, but may be created/held in the future.

Maintaining Fair Play

We believe in creating a fair and welcoming environment for everyone. To achieve this, we rely on players to:

• Play Fairly: Abide by the game rules and refrain from using any unauthorized methods to gain an advantage.
• Report Misconduct: If you notice any suspicious activity or believe someone is violating the game rules, please report it to our support team.

Also note that submitting false or malicious reports with the intent of harming others is also against our Terms of Service and may result in consequences as mentioned above. We are here to assist you and ensure a positive experience for all players.

Our team will carefully review your report within a reasonable timeframe and respond accordingly. In appropriate cases that justify it, we will take the necessary action against the reported party. Please note that you may appeal the outcome of the report.
