Sometimes, if you encounter an error, you may need to locate your user ID to share it with our support team for further investigation.
To find your user ID, please follow these steps:
- Access the game menu (top right).
- You will see a long string of characters, a combination of letters and numbers.
- Press the “copy” button next to it, so you don't need to manually type the characters.
You can then paste the copied user ID when reaching out to our support team.
