If you want to reset your progress, please follow the steps below. If you wish to have all your personal data removed, kindly open a support ticket, and we'll assist you accordingly.

For Guest accounts (not connected to Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center), simply uninstalling the app will delete your progress.

IMPORTANT: After following the steps below to reset your progress, please uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure the progress is completely removed.

Google Play:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Games app.
  2. At the top of the screen, tap More (three dots) and then Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
  4. Under Delete individual game data, find the game data you want to remove and tap Delete.

Facebook:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
  3. Click Apps and Websites in the left side menu.
  4. Go to the app or game you want to remove, then next to the name of the app or game, click Remove.
  5. Optionally, select Allow Facebook to notify [app or game] that your login connection was removed. They may offer you another way to log in.
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.

Apple Game Center:

For Mac:

  1. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > iCloud.
  2. Select Manage Storage.
  3. Look for the game in your list of iCloud App Data and select it.
  4. Choose Delete Documents and Data. This deletes the game's data from all Apple ID-connected devices.
  5. A confirmation will pop up. Select Delete to proceed or Don’t Delete to retain your game data.

For iDevices:

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
  2. Tap Manage Storage.
  3. Look for the game in the list of apps that iCloud backs up data for and tap it.
  4. Select Delete Data. Note that this action deletes all data for this game from all Apple ID-connected devices.
  5. A message will pop up asking you to confirm the deletion.
  6. Select Delete to remove this data or Cancel to keep the game data.
