Go to Support > Get in Touch.
If you reach out to us regarding a bug or a technical issue you're encountering- so that we can assist you promptly and take care of this, if possible please attach a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue you're having.

If you choose to email us, please be sure to include your user ID, the long strings found in the settings in the game. Without it, it may be difficult or impossible for us to investigate and assist you.
