Sometimes you might need to send us a screenshot or record a technical glitch for our Player Support team to check. Here are easy steps to do this based on your device:

How to Take a Screenshot:

On an iPhone:

  • With Face ID: Press and release the side button and the volume up button simultaneously.
  • With a Home button: Press and release the Home and Side buttons simultaneously.

On an Android device:

  • Open the screen you want to capture.
  • Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
  • If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds, then tap Screenshot.
  • If neither works, visit your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
  • A preview will appear at the bottom left, or at the top of the screen on some phones.

On an iPad:

  • With a Home button: Press and release the top button and the Home button simultaneously.
  • Without a Home button: Press and release the top button and either volume button simultaneously.
