To help us verify your purchase, you'll need to provide a screenshot of your receipt. Here's how to find them:

  1. Open your related email account and search for "Google Play order receipt" in your inbox.
  2. Visit your Google Payments transactions page and select the order to view your receipt.

The receipt must indicate the following:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Package or item purchased
  • Total purchase amount and currency

Your transaction ID will look something like this:

  • GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567

Ensure the transaction ID is visible in the screenshot. This information will help us resolve the issue quickly.
