To reach our Customer Experience team, please follow these instructions:

  • Access the in-game settings and select Support.
  • Explore our collection of articles that might address your concerns.
  • If the articles don't provide the solution you need, click on "Contact Us" at the screen's bottom.
  • Share a comprehensive description of the problem, along with screenshots, and then click "OK."

If you are not able to send a screenshot via the app, you can contact us via email at  [email protected]. Please remember to send us your Player ID so we can easily identify your email.

If your support request is closed and you believe we haven't responded, here are a few things you should try first: 

  • Review your ticket - we may have merged them.
  • Check your game if you have contacted our Customer Experience team using different channels (Email, Website, In-Game messaging). 
  • We usually respond to your in-game message, so please check for the previous conversation.
  • Check your Email's Spam folder for any responses from us, you may have missed.
