Sometimes, you may need to send us a screenshot or screen recording of a technical issue so our Support team can investigate and assist promptly. Here are easy steps to do this, based on your device:
How To Take a Screenshot:
On an iPhone:
With Face ID: Press and release the Side button and Volume Up button at the same time.
With a Home button: Press and release the Home and Side buttons simultaneously.
On an Android device:
Open the screen you want to capture.
Press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds, then tap Screenshot.
If neither option works, visit your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
On an iPad:
With a Home button: Press and release the Top button and Home button simultaneously.
Without a Home button: Press and release the Top button and either Volume button simultaneously.
How to Record Your Screen
On an Android device:
Swipe down twice from the top of the screen.
Tap Screen Record (you may need to swipe right to find it).
If it’s not visible, tap Edit, then drag Screen Record into your Quick Settings.
Choose your recording options (e.g., audio, touches), then tap Start.
To stop recording, swipe down and tap the Screen Recorder notification.
On an iPhone:
Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the + icon next to Screen Recording.
Open Control Center, tap the Record button, and wait for the 3-second countdown.
To stop recording, open Control Center and tap the Stop button, or tap the red status bar and select Stop.
On an iPad:
Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the + icon next to Screen Recording.
Open Control Center, tap the Record button, then exit Control Center to start recording.
To stop recording, open Control Center and tap the red Record button.
