Connection Tips for the Best Game Experience

To enjoy Disney Solitaire without interruptions, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.

Even if you see full Wi-Fi bars or mobile data coverage, your connection might still be unstable, especially in crowded areas, underground locations, or while moving (like on a train or in a car).

We recommend playing over Wi-Fi with a reliable internet provider, or at least using a stable 3G/4G/5G connection from a trusted mobile carrier.

 Troubleshooting Network Issues

If your internet connection is strong and you're still experiencing problems, try the following steps:

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see which works better.

Turn Airplane Mode on, wait a few seconds, then turn it off.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the game.

Close background apps that might be using up bandwidth or memory.

Clear your cache (just the cache, not the game data).

Restart your device to refresh your network and system performance.
