⚖️ Fair Play Policy

At Disney Solitaire, We’re committed to creating a gaming environment that is fun, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone. To support this goal, we do not tolerate abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior of any kind. Players are expected to communicate respectfully and follow our Terms & Conditions, at all times.

This includes all forms of in-game communication - such as chat messages, usernames, and user profile details.

Examples of inappropriate or abusive behavior include (but are not limited to):

  • Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language
  • Obscene or sexually explicit banter
  • Threats, harassment or intimidation 
  • Excessive swearing or toxic language 
  • Bullying or targeting other players
  • Attempting to exploit or manipulate game systems in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Modifying, hacking, or using third-party software to alter the game for personal gain or to disrupt gameplay

Please note that such misconduct may lead to consequences, including (but not limited to) the removal of content, temporary suspensions, and permanent account closure depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Consequences of Violations:

Permanent Suspension: Your account may be permanently suspended, preventing further access to Disney Solitaire.

In order to maintain a safe platform for all players, suspensions are issued by our security team when violations of our Terms & Conditions are detected. Suspensions can be caused due to posting offensive or infringing content, harassing, abusing or harming another player, conducting commercial activity, using automation software or design cheats and additional matters covered by our Terms & Conditions.

If you believe your suspension was made in error, please reach out to us with your Player ID along a brief explanation, so we can review your case.

Account Termination: In severe cases, your account may be terminated and all progress and purchases forfeited.

Community Ban: You may be banned from participating in community features such as forums, chat, or events (should they be introduced in the future).

Maintaining Fair Play

We strive to create a safe, respectful, and fair environment for everyone. To achieve this we rely on players to:

  • Playing Fairly: Follow the rules and avoid using unauthorized methods to gain an advantage.

  • Reporting Misconduct: If you encounter suspicious behavior or potential violations, report it to our support team.
