If you've made a purchase but haven't received it yet, please be patient—it might take a few minutes for the delivery to go through.
Important: Avoid attempting the purchase again, as this may result in duplicate charges.
If you've been waiting for a while, contact support and we will be able to assist you.
To help us verify your purchase, you'll need to provide a screenshot of your receipt. Here's how to find them:
- Open your related email account and search for "Google Play order receipt" in your inbox.
- Visit your Google Payments transactions page and select the order to view your receipt.
The receipt must indicate the following:
- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Package or item purchased
- Total purchase amount and currency
Your transaction ID will look something like this:
- GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
Ensure the transaction ID is visible in the screenshot. This information will help us resolve the issue quickly.
MY PURCHASE WAS CANCELED!
If your order was canceled, you will not be charged. However, Google Play may place a temporary authorization hold on your card. These holds typically clear automatically within a short period.
If the hold doesn’t clear, you can contact Google Support for further assistance.
Why Do Purchases Get Canceled?
Canceled purchases can occur if your billing address or the name in your Google wallet differs from your credit card. To fix this, confirm your details with your bank, then verify the information in Google Pay under "Payment Methods".
