Can I get a refund?
Our games are free to play and offer optional in-app purchases. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law. For more information on purchases and refunds, please review our Terms of Service.
For Google purchases, please contact our customer support via the game setting, so we can review your request.
Apple Refund Request
SuperPlay does not have the ability to process refunds for iTunes App Store transactions, as purchases are made through Apple’s payment platform.

To request a refund, look for the “Report a Problem” link next to the purchased item. If this was a recent transaction, the link may not yet be available. Please wait until the payment is processed or until you receive the purchase receipt from Apple.
App Store refunds usually take one or two days to process, and Apple Support may contact you to verify the reason for your request.
Amazon Refund Request
