Why Does This Happen?
Frequent Issues: If this happens often, it may be due to incorrect or mismatched payment information between your Google/Apple account and your credit card.
Rare Issues: If it happens rarely, it’s usually due to a temporary communication error between your bank and the payment processor. Also, when making a purchase, in order to make sure it goes through properly please make sure you are staying in the game as the purchase goes through, in order to avoid any cancellations that you do not intend on so you can enjoy your purchase smoothly.
