Why are my events missing?
If you notice that your in-game events are missing, don’t worry, there are a few common reasons this can happen and most of them are easy to fix.
1. Time zone changes
If you’ve recently traveled and changed time zones, this may affect how events appear in your game.
What to do:
Contact our support team and let us know about your recent time zone change. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Temporary Technical issue
Sometimes missing events can be caused by low connection which can sometimes cause temporary glitches
Try the following steps:
- Restart the game
- Check for any available updates
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast
If the issue persists:
- Ensure your progress is saved:
- Open the game menu (⚙️ cog icon in the top-right corner)
- Tap Sign In and use your preferred method
- Reinstall the game
3. Device time manipulation
To ensure fair play, please make sure you are not changing your device’s time via your settings in your device. Doing so, can disrupt the game’s systems and cause events to disappear.
